Abstract: | A Virtual Sign Animated Pedagogical Agent (VSAPA) is developed as an educational tool for d/Deaf students. This paper investigates the design issues addressed in the development of the tool and its associated learning environment. A usability testing methodology is proposed to evaluate and refine the resulting instructional system. |
