The study delves into market analysis, consumer preferences, and strategic considerations to address niche markets interested in organic plant growth. The research aims to validate market needs, identify pain points, and discern customer preferences. It employed a combination of screening, general, and interview questions. The quantitative research surveyed 400 respondents, including botanical gardeners, rare plant enthusiasts, and larger agricultural enterprises. The study strived to understand customer insights through systematic data analysis to determine a sustainable business model.
