Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, 2023) Yanin Rugwongwan; Nawarat Phlainoi; Srisakra Vallibhotama; Santi Chantavilasvong; Aurasri Ngamwittayaphongวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยมีอยู่ด้วยกัน 2 ประการ คือ 1.เพื่อศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจต่อกระบวนการ เรียนรู้ร่วมกันในการจัดตั้งและดำเนินงานของพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น 2. เพื่อศึกษาผลลัพธ์จากกระบวนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันใน การจัดตั้งและดำเนินงานของพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น การวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการในเชิงคุณภาพประยุกต์ โดยศึกษาจาก พิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นใน 2 ลักษณะคือ 1. พิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ผู้สนับสนุนภายนอกมีบทบาทมาก จำนวน 2 พิพิธภัณฑ์ คือ พิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้านวัดม่วง และพิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านเขายี่สาร 2. พิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ผู้คนในชุมชนมีบทบาทมาก จำนวน 2 พิพิธภัณฑ์ คือ พิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านขุนจำนงจีนารักษ์ และ หอวัฒนธรรมไท-ยวน การวิจัยได้ข้อค้นพบว่า กระบวนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันในการจัดตั้งและดำเนินงานพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นได้มี การเรียนรู้ผ่านรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ ใน 3 รูปแบบ คือ รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ไตร่ตรองฝึกฝนด้วยตนเอง รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ ทางปฏิสัมพันธ์ และ รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ใช้กระบวนการไตร่ตรองเหตุผล เพื่อให้ได้รู้ในเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ ความเป็นมา ของชุมชนและเนื้อหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานพิพิธภัณฑ์และในการวิเคราะห์ด้วยกรอบ "PHII" (Participation, Horizontal relationship, Interaction and Integration) พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในกระบวนการจัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ ท้องถิ่นอยู่ในระดับสูง การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบของคนกับคน จะเป็นรูปแบบการปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่มีผลต่อกระบวนการ จัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นอยู่ในระดับสูง การบูรณาการเข้ากับการเรียนรู้และวิถีชีวิต พิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นในลักษณะผู้คน ในชุมชนมีบทบาทมาก จะมีระดับของการบูรณาการที่ดีกว่า พิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ผู้สนับสนุนภายนอกมีบทบาทมาก ผลลัพธ์ ของกระบวนการจัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ลักษณะกายภาพ ของพิพิธภัณฑ์จะมีอยู่ 2 ลักษณะ คือการเป็นอาคารที่มี สถานะเป็นวัตถุทางวัฒนธรรม และที่มีลักษณะเป็นตัวแทนทางวัฒนธรรม โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีที่หาได้ในท้องถิ่น นิทรรศการจะมีอยู่ด้วยกัน 3 รูปแบบคือ แบบเน้นเนื้อหา เน้นประสบการณ์ และแบบผสานวิธี กระบวนการจัดตั้งและ พิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นโดยมีกระบวนการเรียนรู้ มีผลกระทบต่อการสร้างกลไกในการรักษามรดกทางวัฒนธรรมโดยชุมชน แต่ไม่มีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงลักษณะทางเศรษฐกิจของชุมชน แต่เป็นเพียงการเพิ่มโอกาสในการประกอบอาชีพเท่านั้น การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งในเชิงบวกและลบ ซึ่งมีผลมาจากทัศนคติที่มีต่อคณะทำงานและการดำเนินงาน พิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น และผลกระทบในด้านการเรียนรู้ได้ก่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้โดยเฉพาะเพียงคณะทำงาน และเป็นการเพิ่ม ช่องทางการเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์เกี่ยวกับท้องถิ่นให้กับชุมชน ข้อเสนอแนะในการนำกระบวนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันไปใช้ในการจัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นแห่งอื่น คือการ ให้ความสำคัญต่อกระบวนการในการสร้างความรู้สึกร่วมในการเป็นเจ้าของ การให้ความสำคัญต่อความรู้และ วัฒนธรรมที่มีในชุมชนที่หลากหลาย ต้องมีกระบวนการในการพัฒนาและยกระดับความรู้ การจัดตั้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ต้องเป็นกระบวนการในการจัดสรร วางแผน เพื่อให้สภาพแวดล้อมต่างๆของชุมชน สามารถที่จะสงวนรักษามรดกทาง วัฒนธรรมและสื่อสารไปยังผู้อื่นได้Item Metadata only Good points and weak points of renovating old public buildings for new function : case study, old mint building renovation into the National Gallery in 1977(Mahidol University.
