This retrospective study is to review the diagnosis, the management, and the outcome of this condition over the 10 years period in Ramathibodi Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. Five cases were diagnosed after the rupture of membranes with only one case diagnosed prior to the rupture of membranes. The fetal mortality was 50 per cent.
