As Millennials are the most environmentally aware generation and most travel-active generation to date, it is financially beneficial for hoteliers to take advantage of maximizing on this new target market. Thus, this study will seek to answer the needs and desires of Millennial greentravelers, how green interior design can enhance hotel amenities for the Millennial green-traveler, and what hotel brand activities, amenities, customer services, or identity does this target market value that will increase hotel engagement and why. Millennial-aged green-minded international hospitality and tourism master's students will be the subject of qualitative analysis.
