This study is a mixed method research including quantitative research using questionnaires to collect data from 420 participants who used the service, and qualitative research employing in-depth interviews with 6 sports administrators, accompanied by focus group discussions with 11 experts in sports facility management. The research results showed that 1) participants had a low level of opinion on all components of the holistic actual conditions and those on expected conditions were at a high level. The results of the comparison analysis between the actual conditions and expected conditions towards the seven components showed statistically significant differences at a level of 0.05, completely having a p–value of 0.00. 2) The 7 components of management model of field equipment and sports facilities in Thailand consisted of Property, Service, Technology, Security, Maintenance, Support system, and Sustainable Management. The management principles used were Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling (POLC). For suggestions, the sports agencies of both government and private sectors should cooperate and integrate with each other in order to create a sustainable management model for sports fields, equipment and sport facilities.การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพที่คาดหวังของประชาชนที่ใช้บริการสนาม สถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางการกีฬาต่อการจัดการสนาม สถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางการกีฬา ของประเทศไทย สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และเพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการสนาม สถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางการกีฬาของประเทศไทย ซึ่งใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) ได้แก่ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Survey Research) กับประชาชนที่เข้ามาใช้บริการสนาม สถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทางการกีฬา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 420 ราย การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) ผู้บริหารสถานกีฬาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 6 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group) กับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดการสถานกีฬา จำนวน 11 คน จากผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงในภาพรวมประชาชนมีความคิดapplication/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าSports facilities -- Thailand -- ManagementLocal government -- Thailand -- ManagementSports facilities -- Planning -- Citizen participationDoctoral ThesisMahidol University
