As the Buddhist products in the industry such as sangkaphan products and buddha statues face numerous challenges as the customers found the difficulties of the use of products. For example, before using the buddha statues, every buddha figure needs to pass the spiritual ceremony. Commonly, in Thailand, most of the customers need to rely on their self-knowledge and need to find a place or temple for organizing this spiritual event on their own. Moreover, most of the sangkaphan stores do not provide these kinds of services and the market has a high demand for this kind of service. To respond to the demand of the service in the market, this business is now developing the solution for the customers who seek to find complete functionality in one place such as providing all the Buddhist products and services at the same time. Saochingcha Buddha Bucha Co., Ltd. is the business solution that serves Buddhist-related products for both online and offline channels and organizes the spiritual ceremonies look inside and outside the venue. This paper uses an in-depth interview with 15 candidates who are interested in purchasing the products and find the difficulties in organizing the spiritual ceremony on their own. As the result of the interview, it shows that the potential customers have well respond to the offer that the business provides to the market as the business's solution helps them to ease the way in finding the products with the complete service in one place and guarantee the right approach to the complex of organizing Buddhist ceremonies.
