Therefore, the objective of this research was to design a social network application framework to support family relationship problems based on Agile project management because Agile project management concept is a successful software development life cycle which focus on supporting the tracking status of work daily that able to apply the tracking the family members. The Agile concept was combined with the factors of public survey results as the requirements for the design of the framework which could be used as the add-in functions in popular social network applications like Facebook and Line. Data on the problems were collected by the validity and reliability survey and the proposed framework was designed from seven main requirements which are the family problems result from the survey that were supported the reducing family problems by six designed functions and evaluated by four experts and one family. Finally, the result shown that the requirement of problems related to economic match with the piggy bank function at the top of evaluation score. Moreover, the refining framework would be adapted following the suggestion from experts.จากการศึกษาค้นพบว่าประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันมีปัญหาครอบครัวจำนวนมาก ในขณะเดียวกันแอพพลิเคชั่นสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ก็ได้รับความนิยมเป็นอย่างมากในประเทศไทย ถ้าการที่เราไม่สามารถลดการใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่นสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เหล่านั้นได้ เราก็ทำการออกแบบการใช้งานในแอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อส่งเสริมความอบอุ่นในครอบครัวเข้าไปในแอพพลิเคชั่นสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ดังนั้นวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยชิ้นนี้คือการออกแบบแอพพลิเคชั่นสื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมความอบอุ่นในครอบครัว โดยจะนำแนวคิดของอะไจล์แบบสกรัมเข้ามาช่วยทำการออกแบบ เพราะการจัดการบริหารจัดการโครงการแบบอะไจล์ เป็นการบริหารจัดการที่ประสบความสำเร็จมาแล้ว ในการพัฒนาซอฟแวร์ โดยเน้นในเรื่องของการแจ้งความคืบหน้าของงานรายวัน ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่สามารถนำมาเป็นส่วนช่วยในการติดตาม และดูแลสมาชิกในครอบครัวได้ แนวคิดอะไจล์แบบสกรัมถูกนำมารวมกับปัญหาครอบครัวที่ได้มาจากการทำแบบสอบถาม เพื่อนำ ไปสู่การออกแบบกรอบการทำงานของ แอพพลิเคชั่นสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงสุดอย่างเฟสบุ๊คและไลน์ อย่างไรก็ตามการเก็บข้อมูลจจากการทำแบบสอบถามนั้น ต้องมีการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความเชื่อมั่นในแบบสอบถามนั้น กรอบการทำงานของแอพพลิเคชั่นประกอบด้วย หกฟังก์ชั่นจากเจ็ดความต้องการจากแบบสอบถาม และได้รับการประเมินจากสี่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและหนึ่งครอบครัว จากผลการประเมินพบว่าฟังก์ชั่นพิกกี้แบงค์เป็นฟังก์ชั่นที่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านเศรษฐกิจของครอบครัวได้สูงสุด และ สุดท้ายการแก้ไขกรอบการทำงานนี้ได้แก้ไขตามคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญxi, 91 leaves : ill.application/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าAgile software developmentProject managementScrum (Computer software development)Master ThesisMahidol University
