This study presents changes of health providers' roles in new health ecosystem in Thailand regarding to the effects from demographic, technology and patient demands. Moreover demands for faster treatment and better care from new medical technology, especially after cooperated with artificial intelligent (AI) made patients expect more and more. On the other hand, the care provider also moves forward to delivery of care. The services need to collaborate and coordinate between health care teams.
