(Information Technology Management))--Mahidol University, 2018https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/92318Information Technology Management (Mahidol University 2018)The Study of Status and Relationships of IT Curriculums and Programmer Jobs Competency in Thai Universities aims to determine the status of information technology curriculum and the relationship between the curriculum and job position by comparing curriculum statuses. This research only concerns with information technology curriculum in the graduate level from 10 private and public universities. Results reveal that mostly information technology curriculum in the graduate level of each university offers programming courses. The university that has the information technology job position includes Kasetsart University offering computer science curriculum and Computer Science and King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang offering computer engineering curriculum. Those two universities have curriculum structures that are related to information technology job position. In addition, presently, information technology jobs are popular in the job market, in particular programmer. Programmer jobs require specialized competency therefore, most programming courses are related to programmer competency, including systems decomposition and API. Thus, the results of this research could be applied to improve curricula that are not computer science and computer engineering in terms of teaching and learning or for the better teaching and learning design.ในงานวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาสถานะและความสัมพันธ์ของหลักสูตรด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและสมรรถนะตามสายงานโปรแกรมเมอร์ในมหาวิทยาลัยไทยเป็นการศึกษาเพื่อหาสถานะของหลักเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ แล้วจีงนำข้อมูลสถานะที่ได้มาทำการเปรียบเทียบเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของ หลักสูตร และตำแหน่งงาน โดยในการศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับตำแหน่งงานทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเป็นหลัก และขอบเขตของการศึกษาคือ หลักสูตรทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยภาครัฐ และเอกชน 10 แห่ง ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่าหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาของแต่ละ มหาวิทยาลัยโดยส่วนมากนั้นมีการเรียนการสอนไปในด้านของกลุ่มวิชา Programmer และมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีแนวโน้มที่มีความสำพันธ์กับ ตำแหน่งงานทางด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ทางด้าน Programmer มากที่สุด คือ Kasetsart University ในหลักสูตร Computer Science และKing Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang ในหลักสูตร Computer Engineering และ Computer Science ซึ่งเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีโครงสร้างหลักสูตรที่สามารถตอบโจทย์ และสัมพันธ์กับตำแหน่งงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และในปัจจุบัณนี้ตำแหน่งด้านงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่ได้รับความนิยมในตลาดแรงงานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศคือตำแหน่งงานทางด้าน Programmer และเป็นตำแหน่งที่จำเป็นต้องมี Competency เฉพาะทาง ซึ่งรายวิชาในหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวกับ Programmer ส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์กับ Programmer Competency ทางด้าน Systems Decomposition และ API ดังนั้นหลักสูตรโดยส่วนมากที่ไม่ใช่หลักสูตรของ Computer Science และ Computer Engineering ควรพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนหรือออกแบบการเรียนการสอนให้ดีมากขึ้นx, 33 laeves : ill.application/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าInformation technology -- Curricula -- ThailandMaster ThesisMahidol University
