The women in the 1st group, with a mean body weight of 54.70 kg, were given Tramadol 1 mg/kg body weight. The women in the 2nd group were given Tramadol 100 mg. The 2 regimens were equally effective in pain relief, and side effects (nausea and vomiting) were not significantly different. The single dose of 100 mg Tramadol is recommended because of its ease of administration.Mahidol UniversityMedicineThe efficacy of tramadol in the interval laparoscopic sterilization: A comparison of two dosage regimenArticleSCOPUS
