พรนภัสส์ พราหมณ์โชติพรชนก เกตุกัณฑรมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ2020-04-152020-04-152563-04-152558วารสาร Mahidol R2R e-Journal. ปีที่ 2, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2558), 142-152https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/54093การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการและแนวทางพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของหน่วยแผน วิจัย และพัฒนา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ โดยในการจัดทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่จะทำการสำรวจ โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เป็นจำนวน 150 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นการตอบแบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วยคำถาม 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านข้อมูลทั่วไป ด้านการปฏิบัติงานธุรการและแนวทางพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานธุรการของหน่วยแผน วิจัย และพัฒนา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และด้านปัญหา/ข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อนำปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับในการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้มาปรับปรุง แก้ไขและพัฒนา เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานธุรการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การปฏิบัติงานธุรการของหน่วยแผน วิจัย และพัฒนา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การปฏิบัติงานธุรการของหน่วยแผน วิจัย และพัฒนา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติควรมีการพัฒนาขั้นตอนและวิธีการปฏิบัติงานธุรการให้มีความเหมาะสมเพิ่มมากขึ้น ตลอดจนควรมีการพัฒนาความรู้และความเข้าใจในการใช้งานธุรการของหน่วยแผน วิจัย และพัฒนา วิทยาลัยนานาชาติให้แก่พนักงานหน่วยงานอื่นในวิทยาลัยทราบThis research aimed to study conditions, and developing solutions needed to improve the administrative work of the Research, Planning, and Development Unit of Mahidol University International College. In this research, purposive sampling was employed to select 150 participants and questionnaires were used as tools for collecting data. Questionnaires consisted of three parts: 1) general information 2) conditions, and developing solutions needed to improve performance of the administrative work of the Research, Planning, and Development Unit of Mahidol University International College and 3) problems and suggestions raised by the respondents, which would be used to improve and develop the administration system of the Research, Planning, and Development Unit for a better performance. The study found that 1) condition of the administrative work were at the moderate level 2) the administrative work process and method of the Research, Planning, and Development Unit should be improved for a better performance.
