Since then, various projects for the utilization of natural resources in Papua have been planned and implemented that carried out in the customary territories of the indigenous peoples with limited of participation of the decision-making process to determine the land utilization. Indigenous peoples in the Tablasupa village area once reclaim their customary lands by using customary decision-making mechanisms.
