It implements the Meta Data design of the standard form for submission of research proposals by the research funding agencies of the country under the cooperation of the Thailand Research Organizations Network or TRON. It uses the theory and process of data integration to obtain the Meta data that can be used to design a standard form for submission of research proposals and to support the development of NRMS. The form was also used to evaluate the satisfaction from 35 NRMS users in the research organization. The analysis found that the respondents in each of the seven TRON had overall satisfaction at a moderate level. It is therefore recommended that the criteria can be used to develop a standard form for the submission of NRMS research proposals.งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ศึกษาการจัดทำจัดกระบวนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินการ กรณีศึกษาระบบบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ โดยดำเนินการออกแบบ Meta Data ของแบบฟอร์มมาตราฐานในการยื่นข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยของหน่วยงานที่ให้ทุนด้านการวิจัยของประเทศภายใต้ความร่วมมือในรูปแบบเครือข่ายองค์กรบริหารงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ หรือ คอบช. ซึ่งใช้ทฤษฎี และ กระบวนการของการจัดการข้อมูล (Data Integration) เพื่อให้ได้ Meta Data ที่สามารถนาไปออกแบบให้เกิดแบบฟอร์มมาตรฐานในการยื่นข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยและใช้ในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบ NRMS ทั้งนี้ยังได้นำ แบบฟอร์มที่ได้ไปประเมินผลความพึงพอใจ กับกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการงานวิจัย NRMS ของทั้ง 7 หน่วยงาน จำนวน 35 คน จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในแต่ละหน่วยงาน คอบช.ทั้ง 7 หน่วยงาน มีความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจปานกลาง ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่สามารถนำไปใช้พัฒนากับแบบฟอร์มมาตรฐานในการยื่นข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยของระบบ NRMS ได้x, 48 leaves : ill.application/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าBusiness planning -- ThailandWorkflow -- Management -- Case studiesManagement information systemsMahidol University
