While 2,6-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone is the only constituent which exhibited activity, it is significant that this compound was active against fungi, bacteria and boll weevils. © 1993.Mahidol UniversityAgricultural and Biological SciencesBiochemistry, Genetics and Molecular BiologyLong chain aliphatic alcohols and saturated carboxylic acids from heartwood of Rhizophora apiculataArticleSCOPUS10.1016/0031-9422(93)85036-Q
