สุนีย์ ละกำปั่นปัญญรัตน์ ลาภวงศ์วัฒนาสุรินธร กลัมพากรทัศนีย์ นนทะสรวรรณเพ็ญ กรอบทองSunee Lakampan Punyarat Lapvongwattana Surintorn KalampakornTassanee NontasonVanphen Krobthongมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์. ภาควิชาพยาบาลสาธารณสุข.2012-11-162020-09-212012-11-162020-09-212544https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/123456789/58704การประเมินผลหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (สาธารณสุขศาสตร์) สาขาวิชาเอกพยาบาลสาธารณสุข มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลหลักสูตรในด้าน ปัจจัยนำเข้า (คณาจารย์ผู้สอนสาระหลักสูตร สภาพแวดล้อมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน) กระบวนการ (การบริหารจัดการ การสื่อสารและปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้เรียนและผู้สอน บรรยากาศการเรียนการสอน) และผลลัพธ์ (ผลสัมฤทธิ์ ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการศึกษา และความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตร) ประเมินผลความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ผู้บังคับบัญชา และเพื่อร่วมงาน และศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะต่อการพัฒนาปรับปรุงหลักสูตรใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 1 และ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2542-2543 จำนวน 26 คน ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (สาธารณสุขศาสตร์) สาขาวิชาเอกพยาบาลสาธารณสุขในปีการศึกษา 2539-2543 ทั้งภาคปกติและภาคพิเศษ รวม 143 คน ผู้บังคับบัญชาจำนวน 143 คน และเพื่อร่วมงาน จำนวน 286 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาประมาณครี่งหนึ่งสำเร็จการศึกษาภายใน 2 ปี (ร้อยละ 51.6) ร้อยละ 60.4 มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตำแหน่งและงานที่รับผิดชอบ มากกว่าร้อยละ 80 มีความก้าวหน้าในงานหานกลางถึงมาก ในด้านโครงสร้างหลักสูตร นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาและผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาประเมินผลรายวิชาด้านปัจจัยนำเข้าอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ถึงดีเป็นส่วนใหญ่ เรื่องที่ควรปรับปรุงคือสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกโดยเฉพาะห้องสมุด ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลลัพธ์สำหรับวิชาแกนของคณะฯ ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ แต่วิชาเฉพาะสาขาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีในด้านวิทยานิพนธ์ส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับดี ทั้งกระบวนการทำวิทยานิพนธ์จนถึงการสอบป้องกัน (ร้อยละ 56.0-89.0) ส่วนใหญ่เห็นคุณค่าของวิทยานิพนธ์ ว่ามีประโยชน์ต่อหน่วยงาน (ร้อยละ 74.7) คุ้มค่ากับเวลาและค่าใช้จ่าย (ร้อยละ 74.7) ในด้านความสามารถในการนำความรู้ไปปฏิบัติงาน ร้อยละ 73.3 สามารถใช้ด้านการบริหารมาก รองลงมาคือด้านบริการ วิจัยและด้านวิชาการ สำหรับมุมมองของผู้บังคับบัญชา และเพื่อนร่วมงานประเมินว่า ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีความสามารถปฏิบัติงานทางด้านบริหาร ด้านบริการ วิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ด้านวิจัยระดับปานกลาง ส่วนใหญ่พึงพอใจต่อการทำงานของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 83.4) และประเมินว่ามีจริยธรรมในการปฏิบัติงานระดับมาก (ร้อยละ 90.3) ผลการศึกษาให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงเนื้อหาสาระวิชาในหลักสูตรโดยเพิ่มเติมด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ การรักษาพยาบาลเบื้องต้น การดูแลต่อเนื่องในปัญหาเรื้อรับเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการทางด้านสาธารณสุขของสังคม หลักสูตรควรปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ให้เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ เช่นสภาพห้องเรียน อุปกรณ์ สื่อการเรียนการสอน และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ควรกำหนดทิศทางและขั้นตอนการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ให้ชัดเจน ให้นักศึกษาได้มีส่วนร่วมในการเลือกประธานควบคุม และควรปลูกฝังเจตคติที่ดีต่อการทำวิจัย เพื่อให้เกิดความต่อเนื่องในการทำวิจัยเมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาThe evaluation of the Master of Science (Public Health), Major in Public Health Nursing, was purposed to assess the curriculum on its inputs (instructors, curriculum contents, and teaching-learning environment), teaching process (management, communication and student-teacher interaction, and teaching atmosphere) and its outcomes (achievement, duration of study, and satisfaction on the learning process) in order to further modify the new curriculum. The graduate’s capability was also evaluated through their supervisors and coworkers’ points of view. Subjects in this descriptive study included 26 current students (the year 1999-2000), 143 graduates (from the year 1996-2000), 143 administrators, and 286 coworkers. The data were collected through self-administered questionnaires. The results showed that about half of the graduates (51.6%) finished the degree within 2 years and 60.4% were promoted for their working position and job responsibility. More than 80% of the graduates were promoted at moderate and high level. For the curriculum structure, the current students and the graduates evaluated that the inputs were mostly at fair to good levels. The facility that needed to be improved was liblary. For the process and outcome, the faculty’s core courses were mostly evaluated at the moderate level while the department’s core courses were mostly at the good level. Inaddition, the thesis development including thesis process and defense was evaluated at the good level (50.0%-89.0%). The graduates stated that their thesis development was valued for their organization (74.7%), and worth for their time and money (74.7%). For capability on their current work, most of them were highly capable in administration (73.3%) followed by service, research, and academic affairs. The supervisors and coworkers evaluated that the graduates were capable on the high level in the areas of administration, service, and academic affairs but the moderate level in research. Most of them highly satisfied with the graduates’ work ability (83.4%) and work ethics (90.3%). Findings provide recommendation for further modification of the curriculum contents to gear toward health promotion, primary medical care, and continuity care, and continuity care of chronic illnesses that fitted with public health problems and health needs. The teaching-learning environment such as the classroom, teaching materials, and information technology needs to be improved in order to enhance student learning. For the thesis development, the direction and steps of conducting the thesis should be clearer. Student participation in the selection process of the thesis major advisor should be enhanced.
