Experts who have experience in outpatient service participated in the design of a questionnaire and developing hypothetical models with empirical data from respondents. All observed variables including latent variables go to construct validity using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) analysis. After checking and modifying to obtain the most acceptable adjusted model under the consideration of basic indices including the model's goodness of fit indices, the proposed model demonstrates the criteria of Lean practices integrated with Green practices to sustainable dimensions. Finally, the results of rankings in each area of Lean and Green encourage hospitals to focus on appropriate practices leading to leverage of the performance of the healthcare supply chain system in sustainable ways.Business, Management and AccountingCriteria Determination of Lean and Green Practices Towards Sustainability for Secondary Hospitals in ThailandConference PaperSCOPUS10.1109/IEEM55944.2022.99899152-s2.0-851463307002157362X
