สมบูรณ์ วัฒนะSomboon Watanaมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. วิทยาลัยศาสนศึกษา2018-12-292018-12-292561-12-292560วารสารวิชาการมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา. ปีที่ 25, ฉบับที่ 49 (ก.ย.-ธ.ค. 2560), 147-164.https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/40277งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาค่านิยมการดูแลบิดามารดาสูงอายุ ตามหลักคำสอนเรื่องทิศหก ในพระพุทธศาสนาของครอบครัวไทยพุทธ รูปแบบ การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรในการศึกษาคือ ผู้นับถือพระพุทธศาสนา ที่มีอายุ 18-59 ปี อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงเลือก เขตพื้นที่ศึกษา 5 เขต เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามผู้นับถือพระพุทธศาสนา จำนวน 632 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การดูแลบิดามารดาตามแนวคำสอนเรื่องทิศหก (มารดาบิดาเปรียบดังทิศเบื้องหน้า) ในพระพุทธศาสนายังได้รับความนิยมสูง เพราะจากการสำ รวจ ความคิดเห็นจาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำ นวน 632 ตัวอย่าง ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยในภาพรวมทั้งหมดอยู่ที่ร้อยละ 98.9 ที่ยอมรับว่า ได้ปฏิบัติตนในการดูแลบิดามารดาสูงอายุสอดคล้องกับคำสอนเรื่อง ทิศหก เฉพาะทิศเบื้องหน้า คือ บิดามารดาThis research aims to study on Care-giving for elder parents (parents as the east or front direction) of Thai Buddhist families according to the six directions in Buddhism. It is a quantitative research targeting to the Buddhist population whose age of 18-59 years old who has been living in the 5 districts of Bangkok Metropolitan, Thailand. A purposive sampling technique was used to identify and gather data from 632 samples with the application of a descriptive statistics for data analysis.
