The sample in this research were 117 psychology students. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics used in the research were descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and simple regression analysis. The results show that Psychological Capital has a relationship with coping strategies. Self-efficacy, Resilience, Optimism, and Total Psychological Capital has a relationship with all factor of coping strategies. Hope has a relationship with Problem focused Coping and Avoidance Coping, and has no relationship with Social support seeking Coping at statistical significance level of 0.01. In addition, Psychological Capital can predict Coping strategies.การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระหว่างต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยาและกลวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาของนิสิตสาขาวิชาจิตวิทยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ นิสิตสาขาวิชาจิตวิทยา จำนวน 117 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย หาค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์โดยวิธีการของเพียร์สัน และหาค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิการถดถอย โดยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยามีความสัมพันธ์กับกลวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยพบว่า ความเชื่อมั่นในความสามารถของตนเอง ความยืดหยุ่นเมื่อเผชิญสิ่งที่ยากลำบาก การมองโลกในแง่ดี และต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยาโดยรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กับกลวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาในทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และพบว่าความหวัง มีความสัมพันธ์กับกลวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหา และกลวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาแบบหลีกหนี และไม่พบความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับการเผชิญปัญหาแบบแสวงหาการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และพบว่าต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยาสามารถทำนายกลวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาได้viii, 67 leaves : ill.application/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าOrganizational behaviorHuman capital -- Psychological aspectsRelationship between psychological capital and coping strategies of students in psychology majorความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างต้นทุนทางจิตวิทยาและกลวิธีการเผชิญปัญหาของนิสิตสาขาวิชาจิตวิทยาMaster ThesisMahidol University
