ไพรินทร์ สุคนธ์ตระกูลปรานี ป้องเรือPairin SukontrakoonPranee Pongruaมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี. โรงเรียนพยาบาลรามาธิบดี2019-12-112019-12-112562-12-112557รามาธิบดีพยาบาลสาร. ปีที่ 20, ฉบับที่ 2 (พ.ค.-ส.ค. 2557), 259-2700858-9739 (Print)2672-9784 (Online)https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/123456789/48345การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประเมินของนักศึกษา และการประเมินของอาจารย์ในบริบทของสมรรถนะการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลบนคลินิกสูติกรรม โดยนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 87 ราย และอาจารย์ 8 ราย ในหลักสูตร พยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต โรงเรียนพยาบาลรามาธิบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบประเมินผลภาคปฏิบัติ วิชาปฏิบัติ การพยาบาลมารดา-ทารกและการผดุงครรภ์ 1 ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติ การพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ และด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและการสร้าง สัมพันธภาพ โดยประเมิน 4 ครั้ง (ระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) การประเมินของนักศึกษา ในสมรรถนะโดยรวม และสมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ ในการประเมิน ครั้งที่ 1 ครั้งที่ 2 และครั้งที่ 3 มีความสัมพันธ์กันกับการประเมินของอาจารย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ ขณะที่ในการประเมินครั้งที่ 4 ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน 2) การประเมินของนักศึกษาใน สมรรถนะด้านการบริหารจัดการในครั้งที่ 4 มีความสัมพันธ์กับการประเมินของอาจารย์อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ในครั้งที่ 1 ครั้งที่ 2 และครั้งที่ 3 และ 3) การประเมิน ของนักศึกษาในสมรรถนะด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและการสร้างสัมพันธภาพในครั้งที่ 2 และครั้งที่ 4 มีความสัมพันธ์กับการประเมินของอาจารย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์ ในครั้งที่ 1 และ 3 ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการให้ข้อมูล คำชี้แนะจากอาจารย์และการให้ นักศึกษาประเมินตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องในระหว่างฝึกปฏิบัติงาน ทำให้การรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเอง ของนักศึกษาใกล้เคียงกับสมรรถนะที่ปฏิบัติจริง ซึ่งจะเป็นพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาตนเองต่อไปThe purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ evaluation and teachers’ evaluation of nursing clinical practice competency in obstetric clinic. Subjects were 87 third-year nursing students and 8 teachers from Bachelor of Nursing Science Program, Ramathibodi School of Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. Data were collected 4 times for 8 weeks using the Practical Evaluation Form of Maternal-Newborn Nursing and Midwifery Practicum 1,including pratice in mursing and midwife domain, management domain, and communication and relationship domain. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and spearman rank correlation. The results were found that the overall of competency students’ evaluation and practice in nursing and midwife domain at Time 1, 2, and 3 were significantly related to teachers’ evaluation, whereas the fourth time of evaluation was not significant. The students’ evaluations in domain of management were significantly related to teachers’ evaluation at the fourth time only, whereas the other times of evaluations were not significant. The students’ evaluation in domain of communication and relationship at Time 2 and 4 were significantly related to teachers’ evaluation, but this correlation was not showed at the first and third times.
