สุดา ขำดำรงเกียรติไพลิน บุนนาคSuda KhomdomrongkeatPailin Bunnakมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์. งานบริการการศึกษา2020-06-052020-06-052563-06-052561วารสารการพัฒนางานประจำสู่งานวิจัย. ปีที่ 5, (ส.ค. 2561), 1-9https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/56386บทความนี้เป็นการศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากคณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่มีต่อหลักสูตรในด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนและความสุขด้านการเรียนการสอน โดยจำแนกตามข้อมูลปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ประจาปีการศึกษา 2559 จานวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าบัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 2 ด้าน การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบโดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล คือ เพศ ระบบการสอบคัดเลือก ประเภทของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาและเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมตลอดหลักสูตร พบว่า ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีความพึงพอใจในด้านปัจจัยสนับสนุนและความสุขด้านการเรียนการสอนที่ไม่แตกต่างกันThis article studies the level of satisfaction and comparative satisfaction in terms of supporting factors and happiness of learning of students completing a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies at Mahidol University. The subjects of this research were 70 students who graduated from the department during the 2016 academic year. The research tool used for data collection was a questionnaire and the responses were statistically analyzed to determine percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA values. The results show that the graduates were satisfied with the instruction and management overall with high scores for both issues.
