(ดนตรี))--มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล, 2561https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/123456789/92709ดนตรี (มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 2561)งานวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำการศึกษากระบวนการเรียนการสอนวงสตริง และบริบทของโรงเรียนที่มีส่วนสนับสนุนให้วงสตริงประสบความสำเร็จ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ วงดนตรีสตริงที่ชนะเลิศจากการแข่งขันในงานศิลปหัตถกรรมนักเรียน ครั้งที่ 64 -66 สพม.1 ได้แก่ วงสตริงโรงเรียนเตรียมอุดมศึกษา วงสตริงโรงเรียนวัดอินทาราม และวงสตริงโรงเรียนวัดนวลนรดิศ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยครู 4 คน นักเรียน 3 คน และ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่า กระบวนการเรียนการสอนวงสตริง ด้านการคัดเลือกนักดนตรี มีวิธีการดังนี้ 1) โครงการความสามารถพิเศษทางด้านดนตรี 2) คัดเลือกจากชุมนุมดนตรีสากลและนักเรียนทั่วไป 3) จัดการแข่งขันวงสตริง ด้านการสอน มีขั้นตอนดังนี้ ขั้นเตรียมการสอน คัดเลือก เรียบเรียงบทเพลงและจัดทำเอกสารโน้ตเพลง ขั้นนำ เปิดเพลงที่จะใช้สอนให้นักเรียนฟัง ขั้นสอน ใช้วิธีการสอนดังนี้ 1) การอธิบาย 2) การสาธิต 3) มุขปาฐะ 4) การไปทัศนศึกษา 5) เรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 6) พี่สอนน้อง และขั้นสรุป ด้านการวางแผนการฝึกซ้อมมี 2 ลักษณะ คือ การฝึกซ้อมปกติและการฝึกซ้อมเพื่อเข้าแข่งขัน ด้านการฝึกซ้อมเดี่ยว ฝึกเทคนิคในการบรรเลงของแต่ละเครื่อง และการซ้อมรวมวงจะเน้นเทคนิคในการบรรเลงรวมวง ด้านการปรับวง 1) ปรับตามความสามารถของนักเรียน 2) ปรับให้เหมาะสมกับสไตล์ของเพลง 3) เพิ่มจุดเด่นแก้ไขจุดบกพร่อง 4) ความสมดุลของเสียง 5) ความกลมกลืนของเสียงร้อง 6) ให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วม 7) เชิญผู้รู้มาร่วมสังเกต บริบทของโรงเรียนที่มีส่วนสนับสนุนความสำเร็จของวงสตริง พบว่า โรงเรียนตั้งอยู่ในย่านชุมชน เดินทางสะดวก มีนโยบายและแผนงานสนับสนุนวงสตริงตามศักยภาพของโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอนเป็นผู้มีประสบการณ์และจบการศึกษาด้านดนตรีโดยตรง เครื่องดนตรี ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากโรงเรียน เครื่องส่วนตัว และการเช่ายืม ด้านงบประมาณ เป็นเงินสนับสนุนจากโรงเรียนและสมาคมศิษย์เก่า ด้านอาคารสถานที่ เป็นห้องเรียนรวมขนาดใหญ่ ห้องชุมนุมดนตรี และการเช่าห้องสาหรับฝึกซ้อมThe aim of this qualitative research study was to study the instruction process on string combo bands and school contexts which affect the success of the string combo bands. The data were collected using interview. The sample in this research were school string combo bands who won first prize in Sillapahatthakarm 64th-66th (Student Arts and Crafts Competition) from Triam Udom Suksa School, Wat Intharam School, and Wat Nuannoradit School of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1 and consisted of 4 teachers, 3 students and 3 professors of music. The findings of this study revealed the instruction process for musicians as follows: 1. Forming a musical talent project; 2. Selecting students from a western music club and common students; and 3. Organizing a music band competition. The steps for teaching were: Lesson Preparation-Arrange songs and include them in sheets of musical notes, introduction-turn on the music for students, and presentation-explanation, demonstration, oral tradition, field trip, self-study, and seniors-teach-juniors method. For practice plans, there are two forms: Normal practices and rehearsals. For individual practices, individuals had to train how to play the instruments and practice in group, and they were given special tactics in group practice. The processes of band adjustment were: 1. Fit children along with children's capability; 2. Tune the performance along with music aspects; 3. Build up strengths and lower weaknesses; 4. Balance the sounds; 5. Create voice harmony; 6. Encourage student participation; and 7. Have experts' visit to observe. In terms of school contexts that affect success of the string combo bands, it was found that the schools were located in residential neighborhood and convenient for transportation. School policies and frameworks also supported the string combo bands under their potential. The instructors were experienced specialists in the field of music. Also, the instruments were provided by the schools.
