This study aimed to identify 1) the major communication issues in a medical firm in Thailand and 2) the key factors that cause ineffective communication in a medical firm in Thailand. In order to achieve this, semi-structured interviews were employed to collect data from thirteen professionals working in a Thai medical firm. The findings showed that communication breakdowns occurred most often when communications involved medical terminologies and/or the overwhelming amount of information that usually accompanies communications within this industry. These two factors were further exacerbated by a lack of medical knowledge and workplace pressure in terms of the workload faced by many individuals within the medical industry.vi, 97 leaves : ill.application/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าBusiness planningA case study of communication issues in a medical firm in ThailandMaster ThesisMahidol University
