Coming from a variety of disciplines(e.g., Business Administration, Science, Computer Science, Foreign Languages), participants sorted a deck of statements into a forced-distribution grid. After an inverted factor analysis, participants were grouped into two clusters based on their collective viewpoints. While the first group represents a viewpoint in which teachers are the dominant source of enjoyment, the second group represents a viewpoint in which classmates play a critical role in fostering enjoyment. From these findings, several pedagogical implications can be drawn. Teachers are advised to recognise that their personal engagement and approachability serve as core motivators.
