Study of adding value of power amplifiers for the family business based on BCG matrix and cost/benefit analysis is presented for development of surviving this business. Its purpose is to analyze the audio products, provide guidelines for increasing the value of the amplifier and also to assess the value of the investment. The concept of BCG matrix and cost/benefit analysis is used to formulate the most products in the Cash Cow and non-product in the Star. Pushing the product in Question Mark group into Star is important to keep the businesses, because it will increase the business market share and greater prosperity.
