กรกนก อุ่นจิตรภูษิตา อินทรประสงค์จุฑาธิป ศิลบุตรยุวนุช สัตยสมบูรณ์Kornganog UnjitBhusita IntaraprasongJutatip SillabutraYouwanuch Sattayasomboonมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์. ภาควิชาชีวสถิติมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์. ภาควิชาบริหารงานสาธารณสุข2021-09-282021-09-282564-09-282561วารสารสาธารณสุขศาสตร์. ปีที่ 48, ฉบับที่ 3 (ก.ย.-ธ.ค. 2561), 308-3182697-584X (Print)2697-5866 (Online)https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/63713การวิจัยแบบอรรถาธิบายแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความพึงพอใจในงานกับความตั้งใจคงอยู่ในองค์การ ของบุคลากรสายงานหลัก กรมการแพทย์แผนไทย และการแพทย์ทางเลือก โดยใช้แบบสอบถามรวบรวม ข้อมูลจากบุคลากรสายงานหลักที่ปฏิบัติงานมาแล้ว 1 ปีขึ้นไปทุกคน จำนวน 104 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาพรวมบุคลากรสายงานหลัก มีความตั้งใจ คงอยู่ในองค์การ และความพึงพอใจในงานอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง และความพึงพอใจในงานมีความสัมพันธ์ ทางบวกระดับต่ำกับความตั้งใจคงอยู่ในองค์การ ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้บ่งชี้ว่า ความพึงพอใจในงานกับ ความตั้งใจคงอยู่ในองค์การของบุคลากรสายงานหลัก กรมการแพทย์แผนไทยและการแพทย์ทางเลือก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ดังนั้นควรมี การค้นหาปัจจัยอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความตั้งใจ คงอยู่ในองค์การให้มากกว่านี้ เพื่อการคงอยู่ ของบุคลากรสายงานหลัก และให้การศึกษาครอบคลุม มากยิ่งขึ้นThis research was an explanatory crosssectional study aiming to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and intention to stay of core function staff in Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine in an organization. Data was collected using a questionnaire among core function staff having at least one year of service. Data from 104 completed questionnaires were analyzed using Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The results found the overall core function staff had intention to stay in the organization and job satisfaction at a moderate level. Job satisfaction and intention to stay in the organization had a low positive association. Regarding the findings of this research, job satisfaction and intention to stay in the organization of core function staff in the Department of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine had a low level positive association.
