Children between 6 months and 6 years of age had significantly higher seropositive rates than those between 0-5 months (0.05 > P > 0.01) and between 18-19 years (0.01 > P > 0.001). The mean antibody titer was also highest in the combined age groups of 5 month to 10 years. IgM antibody was demonstrated only in those groups under 17 years and not those above 17 in the older age group.
