Progress of the reaction was observed from the reduction of the vibrational absorption band of the Si-H group using FTIR measurement. Polymer films prepared by casting on a quartz cell and on a KBr window (for measurements of UV- and IR-spectra respt.) were irradiated with a Hg lamp. Change of UV- and IR-spectra with irradiation time were recorded. It was found that polymer with aryl substituent group inhibited the photoreaction. © 1995, All rights reserved.Mahidol UniversityChemistrySpectroscopic studies of photocrosslinking of polysiloxane containing cinnamic estersArticleSCOPUS10.1016/0022-2860(95)08617-5
