The original system was a manual one operated by administrative staff in this section. This caused data errors. There was no clear pattern for data storage. Therefore, we used Microsoft Sharepoint 2010TM to develop a new system. The systematicallystores the data, is easier, faster to use, and helps management to ensure information is accurate and secure.งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบสถานภาพนักศึกษา โดยนำระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศแบบ Collaboration Software มาช่วยจัดการข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานภาพนักศึกษาปริญญาโท ภายในสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการจัดการระบบสารสนเทศ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เนื่องจากแต่เดิมเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลงานในส่วนนี้ ทำการจัดการข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดความผิดพลาดทางข้อมูลได้ รวมถึงการเก็บรักษาข้อมูลก็ไม่มีรูปแบบที่ชัดเจน ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงได้เลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีที่มีชื่อว่า Microsoft Sharepoint 2010TM มาพัฒนาระบบ ผลจากการพัฒนาระบบนี้สามารถช่วยให้มีกระบวนการทางานที่เป็นระบบและจัดการข้อมูลให้มีความถูกต้อง แม่นยำ ปลอดภัยมีความน่าเชื่อถือ และผู้ใช้งานระบบได้ลดขั้นตอนในการทำงานให้น้อยลงและมีความสะดวกมากขึ้นxi, 55 leaves : ill.application/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าDatabase management.Student records -- Software.Information technology -- Management.Master ThesisMahidol University
