It is known that this disordering can lead to real effects. A mean field theory is developed in which local field fluctuations arising from the random disordering of the magnetic ions within a sublattice acts on the spins located within the other sublattice. It is seen that the fluctuations lead to a lowering of the values of the spins at intermediate temperatures. © 1995.Mahidol UniversityMaterials SciencePhysics and AstronomyAn improved mean field theory for mixed spinel ferritesArticleSCOPUS10.1016/0304-8853(95)00096-8
