The model is then analyzed by using the singular perturbation technique in order to obtain the conditions on the system parameters for which a periodic solution exists. Numerical investigation is also carried out to support our theoretical prediction. The result shows that the model can exhibit a periodic behavior which has been observed in the secretion pattern of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone in normal individuals.Mahidol UniversityMathematicsConference PaperSCOPUS
