The advantages of business analytics can be helpful to a wide rank of applications, both public and private. The government sector tends to apply business analytic technology in their workplace because they want to enhance the organization's capability by adapting information and communication technology to assist working tasks in the operation and management to increase the efficiency of work, occur integration among information technology, reduce redundancy in operations, customers receive convenient and fast service, and can be transparent and verifiable to increase the quality of work to be more efficient with new technology. This research aims to explore the factors of adoption business analytics in firm: a case study of the Department of Local Administration. This study is based on the Technology Organization Environment (TOE) framework combined with the perceived benefits factor, data governance factor, individual factor, knowledge management factor, and innovation characteristics factor. In addition, the research study used qualitative research in this research study. The data was gathered through in-depth interviews from the senior executive level to the operation level who work in firm of the Department of Local Administration. Moreover, the thematic content analysis technique was also conducted in this study. Implication of the Thematic Paper: The implications are mainly for people who can apply the results of this thematic paper. Governors and high executives in an organization can use the standardized framework to plan and analyze to ensure the results of their works that have standards, efficiency, potential, and completeness.ปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีการจัดการการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจได้ถูกนำไปใช้งานอย่างแพร่หลายและส่งผลกระทบกับทางธุรกิจในหลายๆอุตสาหกรรมทั่วโลก ด้วยประโยชน์และคุณลักษณะของเทคโนโลยีการจัดการการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้งานได้หลากหลายประเภทงานทั้งในภาครัฐและเอกชนซึ่งภาครัฐบาลมีแนวโน้มที่เหมาะสมในการนำเทคโนโลยีการจัดการการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจมาประยุกต์ใช้เพราะต้องการให้หน่วยงานของรัฐและรวมทั้งองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นได้มีการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มาช่วยในการปฏิบัติและบริหารงาน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานตามภารกิจ เกิดบูรณาการในระบบข้อมูล ลดความซ้ำซ้อนในการปฏิบัติงาน ประชาชนได้รับบริการที่สะดวก รวดเร็ว มีความโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ สนับสนุนบรรยากาศที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นนั้นๆ เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพการทำงานขององค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพด้วยเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการยอมรับการใช้งานระบบการจัดการการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจในองค์กร กรณีศึกษา: องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น โดยมีการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีกรอบแนวความคิดของ เทคโนโลยี องค์กร สิ่งแวดล้อม (TOE) ที่กล่าวถึงองค์กรจะสามารถยอมรับและนำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้งาน โดยมีอิทธิพลด้านเทคโนโลยี อิทธิพลด้านองค์กร อิทธิพลด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมมาเป็นกรอบแนวคิดการศึกษาวิจัย โดยศึกษาร่วมกับปัจจัยการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ ปัจจัยการกำกับดูแลข้อมูล ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการความรู้ และ ปัจจัยลักษณะทางนวัตกรรม มาเป็นปัจจัยเสริมในการศึกษาวิจัย ซึ่งมีวิธีการศึกษาการใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยมีการศึกษากลุ่มประชากรในครั้งนี้คือ ข้าราชการ ตั้งแต่ระดับ ผู้บริหารระดับสูง ผู้บริหารระดับกลาง ผู้บริหารระดับต้น รวมไปถึงพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติงาน ที่สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพัทลุง โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และเทคนิคที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ (Thematic content analysis) เข้ามาใช้งานในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ การนำผลของสารนิพนธ์ไปใช้คือ กรอบแนวคิดการใช้งานระบบการจัดการการวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจในองค์กร กรณีศึกษา: องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น นี้ บุคคลหลักที่สามารถนำผลวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ไปใช้ได้มีดังนี้ บุคคลที่ประกอบอาชีพข้าราชการ ผู้บริหารในองค์กร โดยนำเอาไปเป็นแบบแผน ต้นแบบหรือประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงาน เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์ของการทำงานมีมาตรฐาน ประสิทธิภาพ ศักยภาพและความสมบูรณ์xii, 42 leaves : ill.application/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าBusiness intelligence -- ThailandLocal government -- Thailand -- Data processingInformation technology -- Management.Master ThesisMahidol University
