The control of flow pattern of blood through stenosed coronary artery bypass grafts is essential for the success of a bypass surgery. In this work, we investigate the behavior of the pulsatile blood flow in a stenosed right coronary artery with a bypass graft. The human blood is modeled as an incompressible non-Newtonian fluid. The porous property of the artery wall is included in the investigation. The various degree bypass graft angles are used in the investigation. Distributions of velocity, pressure and wall shear stresses are determined under various conditions.Mahidol UniversityComputer ScienceMathematical modelling and numerical simulation of blood flow through stenosed coronary artery bypassConference PaperSCOPUS
