นาราวิญจน์ นาราวรนันท์กมลพรรณ เลิศรุจิวณิชศักดา สุขรื่นNarawin NaravoranunKamonpan LertrujiwanitSakda Sook2025-06-132025-06-132568-06-132558วารสารเวชบันทึกศิริราช. ปีที่ 8, ฉบับที่ 2 (ก.ค.-ธ.ค. 2558), 58-61https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/110662งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับใบส่งถ่ายภาพรอยโรคผิวหนังซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารระหว่างแพทย์กับนักวิชาการโสตทัศนศึกษา(ช่างภาพ) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบผลของใบส่งถ่ายภาพรอยโรคผิวหนังแบบพัฒนาปรับปรุงใหม่โดยประเมินความพึงพอใจใบส่งถ่ายภาพฯแบบเดิม กับ แบบปรับปรุงครั้งที่ 1 จากบุคลากรในภาควิชาตจวิทยา และสถานเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาแพทยศาสตร์คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล รวม 34 คน จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาพัฒนาแก้ไขเป็นใบส่งถ่ายภาพฯ แบบปรับปรุงครั้งที่ 2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าใบส่งถ่ายภาพ แบบพัฒนาปรับปรุงใหม่ครั้งที่ 2 มีประสิทธิภาพดีมาก จากการนำไปใช้150 ใบ พบปัญหาเพียง 1 ใบ เนื่องจากพบรอยโรคของผู้ป่วยเกิดขึ้นบริเวณมุมที่ไม่มีในใบส่งถ่ายภาพ จึงได้เพิ่มรูปด้านข้างของข้อมือในมุมสันมือ radial และ ulnar เข้าไปในใบส่งถ่ายภาพรอยโรคผิวหนังแบบพัฒนาปรับปรุงใหม่อีกครั้ง ปัจจุบันใบส่งถ่ายภาพที่ได้รับการพัฒนาและทดสอบประสิทธิภาพจากการวิจัยนี้ได้นำไปสู่การปฏิบัติจริงทดแทนใบส่งถ่ายภาพรอยโรคผิวหนังแบบเดิมที่คลินิกโรคผิวหนัง ภาควิชาตจวิทยา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาลThe dermatopathological photography request forms were a tool to communicate between physicians and Audio-Visual Technic (photographers). This research aimed to evaluate the efficiency of new dermatopathological photography request form. The research proceeded. Subsequently, the new dermatopathological photography request form (version 2) was developed follow the feedback from the satisfaction assessment. In this study, it was found that new dermatopathological photography request form (version 2) have a good efficiency for utilization. There was only one in 150 of new dermatopathological photography request form that failed to convey the physicians request since the position of the lesion was not included in new dermatopathological photography request form (version 2). The problem was solved by adding a diagram of the radial and ulnar side of hands.
