(ศาสนากับการพัฒนา))--มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล, 2560https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/92727ศาสนากับการพัฒนา (มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 2560)งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาท เป้าหมายและการดำเนินงานในการพัฒนาการอ่านคัมภีร์อัลกุรอานของสมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทย ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้างจากบุคคล ๔ กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (๑) นายกสมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทยตั้งแต่อดีตกระทั่งปัจจุบัน จำนวน ๕ คน (๒) เจ้าหน้าที่สมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทย ฝ่ายวิชาการ ฝ่ายต่างประเทศ และฝ่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ จำนวน ๓ คน ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากรทุกคน (๓) ประธานจัดงานเมาลิดกลางแห่งประเทศไทยและประธาน ฝ่ายทดสอบกอรี รวม ๖ คน และ (๔) วิทยากรของสมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทย ผู้วิจัย จำนวน ๗ คน สำหรับ ๒ กลุ่มหลังนี้ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บทบาทของสมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ยุคการบริหารของนายกสมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทยท่านแรกจนถึงปัจจุบัน มี ๒ บทบาท คือ บทบาทการเป็นสถาบันอบรมดูแล การสอนและฝึกฝนการอ่านคัมภีร์อัลกุรอาน และ บทบาทการเป็นผู้ประสานงานความร่วมมือกับทางภาครัฐและเอกชนในการจัดสรร คัดเลือกผู้แทนทั้งระดับจังหวัด ภูมิภาค และระดับชาติ สำหรับเป้าหมายของสมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทยคือการทำหน้าที่ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจในการอ่านคัมภีร์อัลกุรอานอย่างถูกต้องและไพเราะ ในด้านการดำเนินงาน สมาคมกอรีแห่งประเทศไทยมีการจัดโครงการและทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาด้านการพัฒนาการอานคัมภีร์อัลกุรอานมาโดยตลอดตั้งแต่ยุคแรกจนถึงปัจจุบัน และมีการขยายงานสู่ระดับนานาชาติมากขึ้น ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย เพื่อตอบสนองต่อการขยายงานของสมาคมฯ ควรมีการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรและมาตรฐานการฝึกอบรมวิทยากรตัดสินคัดเลือกการทดสอบการอ่านอัลกุรอาน และควรศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรการอบรมนักอานเพื่อพัฒนาให้นักอานมีความพร้อมทั้งวิชาการ ความสามารถและสภาพร่างกายThis qualitative research aimed to study the Qari Association of Thailand's roles, goals and activities in developing Quranic reading. Data were collected through of semi-structured interview with four groups of informants: (1) five former and present presidents of the Qari Association of Thailand, (2) three staffs in the academic, foreign and public relation divisions in the Qari Association of Thailand, (3) six chairpersons who were organizers of Thailand's Mawlid Celebration and examinations of Quranic reading, and (4) seven Quranic reading instructors of the Qari Association of Thailand. For the latter two groups, the informants were obtained through purposive random sampling.The findings showed that the Qari Association of Thailand from past until present has two important roles. First, it plays a role in giving instruction on Quranic reading. Second, it coordinates between the public and private sectors to recruit representatives in the provincial, regional and national levels. The Qari Association of Thailand has as its goal dissemination of knowledge and understanding about the correct and beautiful way of Quranic recitation. In addition, from the beginning until the present, the Qari Association of Thailand has continually organized projects and activities to promote and develop Quranic reading.
