สุวิชชา เทพลาวัลย์ภวรัญชน์ กัญญาคาSuwitcha TheplawanPhawaran Kanyakumมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี. สานักงานวิจัย วิชาการและนวัตกรรม2020-06-042020-06-042563-06-042563วารสารการพัฒนางานประจำสู่งานวิจัย. ปีที่ 7, (ม.ค.-มิ.ย. 2563), 12-23https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/123456789/56370คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้ให้การสนับสนุนการทำวิจัยในงานประจำมาตลอด ที่ผ่านมายังไม่มีการติดตามการนำงานวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์มากน้อยเพียงใด การวิจัยนี้มีจึงวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาจำนวนงานวิจัยประเภท Routine to Research (R2R) และ 2) ศึกษาการนำผลงานวิจัย R2R ที่ดาเนินการแล้วเสร็จไปใช้ประโยชน์ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการศึกษาเชิงเอกสาร ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลงานวิจัยประเภทR2R ย้อนหลัง 5 ปี ระหว่างปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2557-2561 จากข้อมูลทุติยภูมิโดยรวบรวมจากเอกสารและฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องในหน่วยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทุนวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลจำนวนงานวิจัยที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนโครงการวิจัยในงานประจำ (R2R) แยกตามปีงบประมาณ นำมาจำแนกข้อมูลโดยแบ่งตามลักษณะของงานวิจัย การนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ และผลการดำเนินงานหลังได้รับทุน R2R ใช้แบบฟอร์มสำรวจข้อมูลวิจัยเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มีงานวิจัยที่ได้รับทุน R2R จานวน 96 เรื่อง มีงานวิจัยที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการระดับชาติ จานวน 17 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 17.71) และผลงานที่ได้จดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา จำนวน 4 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 4.17) มีงานวิจัย R2R เพียง 28 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 34.57) ที่มีการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้จริงและเผยแพร่ในวารสารวิชาการได้ ถึงแม้ว่างานวิจัย R2R ในคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี จะมีการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์จำนวนไม่มาก แต่มีศักยภาพเพียงพอที่จะต่อยอดงานวิจัยให้ใช้ประโยชน์ในวงกว้างได้ ดังนั้นจึงต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากหลายภาคส่วนและระบบการสนับสนุนต่างๆ ของคณะฯในการที่จะพัฒนางานประจำให้สามารถต่อยอดเป็นงานวิจัยที่นาไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้อย่างแท้จริงและต้องมีการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไปThe Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University provides supportive for doing research about routine work. In the past, there has been no monitoring of the utilization of the research. This research aimed to 1) study the number of Routine to Research (R2R) projects and 2) study the utilization of the results of R2R research. A qualitative approach was used for this documentary research. This retrospective study was conducted at the Research Fund and Analysis Unit between the academic years 2014 to 2018 by using secondary data for data collection and analysis. The data consisted of the number of the routine to research (R2R) projects receiving funds, the R2R projects were categorized by year, type of researches and research utilization. The research record form was used as the tool to data collection. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics. The results showed that there were 96 R2R projects that received funding. During the studied period, 17 projects (17.71%) published articles in national journals and 4 projects (4.17%) were granted a patent and petty patent. Only 28 projects (34.57%) were utilized and published in journals. Although not many of the R2R projects in the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital were utilized, the projects had potential for encouraging research utilization into large scale effects.
