(2013)2-s2.0-84894581720https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/31576In this study, the development of Lumbar Stabilized Biofeedback (LSB) device used for supporting abdominal hollowing (AH) exercise in low back pain patients was proposed. The objective of LSB device is to strengthen lumbar muscles (TrA, multifidus and pelvic floor muscle) by increasing the thicknesses. This device helps patient to check the correctness of exercise postures by observing the LED light on the remote control part. The performance of AH exercise is evaluated by Lumbo-pelvic stability (LPS) test and Pressure Biofeedback Unit (PBU) test. There were 2 sets of experimental results representing the participants' progress in LPS and PBU testing. In addition, the comparison between control and experimental group were presented and discussed. According to the experimental results, the significance of experimental group's data is more reliable than that of the control group by the value of 0.02.Mahidol UniversityComputer ScienceDevelopment of Lumbar Stabilized Biofeedback (LBS) device for low back pain patientsConference PaperSCOPUS
