The attenuation coefficients are obtained for temperatures close to Tc by suitably renormalizing the propagators and vertices appearing in the leading graphs in the expansion of the density-density correlation function appearing in the definition of the longitudinal attenuation coefficient for the case ql≫1. Closed-form expressions for the attenuation coefficient for the bulk superconductor case are obtained. © 1985 Plenum Publishing Corporation.Mahidol UniversityPhysics and AstronomyLongitudinal ultrasonic attenuation coefficient for high-T<inf>K</inf> Kondo superconductorsArticleSCOPUS10.1007/BF00682447
