As per the statistic of Phuket visitors and expenditure per head, it is found that the figures are increasing every year, but Phuket does not have a wellness resort or the resort that can serve to seniors or health lovers yet. For the survey with 15 - 30 participants, 3 set of questions comprising of screening questions, specific questions and general questions were constructed and given to the informants. The results getting from the informants help the investors to know about the room rate, activities, food and channel distribution which are suitable to set up resort's operational plan. After doing feasibility study, it is found that this business has a very high potential to operate with a proper Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV) and payback period.แผนธุรกิจนี้ได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อประเมินแผนธุรกิจ Phuket Wellness Resort ว่าโครงการนี้ ควรที่จะลงทุนหรือไม่ จากสถิติของนักท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดภูเก็ตและการใช้จ่ายต่อคนพบว่าตัวเลขสถิติดังกล่าวเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี และจังหวัดภูเก็ตยังไม่มีรีสอร์ทเพื่อสุขภาพหรือรีสอร์ทที่สามารถให้บริการแก่ผู้สูงอายุหรือผู้รักสุขภาพในปัจจุบัน จากการวิจัยในการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เข้าร่วมจำนวน 15-30 คน โดยมีการสร้างคำถาม 3 ชุด ประกอบด้วยคำถามคัดกรอง คำถามเฉพาะและคำถามทั่วไป ข้อมูลที่ได้รับหลังจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่ให้ข้อมูลดังกล่าวทำให้ผู้สัมภาษณ์ได้ทราบถึงอัตราค่าห้องพักที่ลูกค้ากลุ่มนี้สามารถจ่ายได้ กิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่ทางรีสอร์ทควรจัดขึ้นเพื่อรองรับความต้องการของลูกค้า ประเภทของอาหารที่ควรจำหน่าย รวมถึงช่องทางที่เหมาะสมในการขายห้องพักซึ่งช่วยในการวางแผนการจัดทำแผนปฏิบัติการของรีสอร์ทได้เป็นอย่างดี หลังจากที่ทำการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้พบว่าธุรกิจนี้มีศักยภาพในการดำเนินงานสูงโดยมีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (Internal Rate of Return: IRR) มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) และ ระยะเวลาคืนทุน (payback period) ที่เหมาะสมต่อการลงทุนviii, 50 leavesapplication/pdfengผลงานนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ขอสงวนไว้สำหรับเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มา ห้ามดัดแปลงเนื้อหา และห้ามนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้าBusiness planning -- Thailand -- PhuketHospitality industry -- Management -- ThailandMaster ThesisMahidol University
