The results showed a linear relationship between log molecular weight and relative electrophoretic mobility. The simplicity and reliability of the method offer an alternative means of determination of molecular weights of a wide variety of proteins by gel electrophoresis. © 1977.Mahidol UniversityBiochemistry, Genetics and Molecular BiologyA simplified gel electrophoretic system and its validity for molecular weight determinations of protein-cetyltrimethylammonium complexesArticleSCOPUS10.1016/0003-2697(77)90703-5
