(บริหารสาธารณสุข))--มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล, 2557https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/123456789/92655บริหารสาธารณสุข (มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 2557)การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง เพื่อประเมินระดับและวิเคราะห์หา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการ กายภาพบำบัดของนักกายภาพบำบัดโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไปเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 4 และ 5 เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลในนักกายภาพบำบัดที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไปเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 4 และ 5 จำนวน 113 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามระหว่างวันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2557 ถึงวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2557 ประมวลผลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ใช้สถิติทดสอบ Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, Spearman Rank Correlation, Independent Samples Test และ One-Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักกายภาพบำบัดโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไปเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 4 และ 5 ส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัดอยู่ในระดับสูง ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยรวม และ รายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์พบว่า ประเภทโรงพยาบาล และการอบรม/สัมมนา/ประชุม วิชาการในปีที่ผ่านมามีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำกับการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐาน บริการกายภาพบำบัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.317, p < 0.001) การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ควรมีการสร้างบรรยากาศในองค์กร เพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดการส่งเสริม การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในองค์กรเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ปลูกฝังค่านิยมให้มีความรักและ ความผูกพันต่อองค์กร รวมถึงการปฏิบัติงานโดยเห็นประโยชน์ของส่วนร่วมเป็นหลัก ในขณะเดียวกันผู้บริหาร ควรมีการสนับสนุนในด้านกำลังคน เครื่องมือ/อุปกรณ์ทางกายภาพบำบัด และพื้นที่บริการที่เหมาะสมและ เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริการกายภาพบำบัดที่มากขึ้นThe study was a cross-sectional descriptive research with the objective of assessing the level of transformational leadership and practice in accordance with the Standard of Physiotherapy Services including analysis of the relationship between personal characteristics and transformational leadership with the practice in accordance with the Standard of Physiotherapy Services of physiotherapists in regional and general hospitals in Health Service Region 4 and 5. The studied sample were 113 physiotherapists in those hospitals. Data was collected from 30th May 2557 B.E. to 30th June 2557 B.E., using questionnaires as the tool. Data was processed by computerized package program. Statistics to be used for data analysis were percentage, means and standard deviation, Pearson's Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, Spearman Rank Correlation, Independent Samples Test and One-Way ANOVA. The study found that the majority of physiotherapists in regional hospitals and general hospitals in Health Service Region 4 and 5 had a high level of standard of Physiotherapy Services, had overall transformational leadership and per aspect of transformational leadership at a high level. Relationship analysis found that the category of hospital and training/seminar for the past years had a relationship with the practice in accordance with the Standard of Physiotherapy Service with statistical significance at p=0.05; transformational leadership had low level of positive relationship with the practice in accordance with the Standard of Physiotherapy Services with statistical significance (r=0.317, p<0.001) Research recommendations are: There should be an increase in creating organization atmosphere in order to stimulate the exchange or sharing of knowledge and learning experience in the organization about the work and solution of various problems. There should be the cultivation of love and loyalty to the organization including the spirit of public mindedness.
