เชิดศักดิ์ ไอรมณีรัตน์ชิตศุภางค์ รังษีสมบัติศิริCherdsak IramaneeraChitsupang Rangsisombatsir2025-04-102025-04-102568-04-102553วารสารเวชบันทึกศิริราช. ปีที่ 3, ฉบับที่ 2 (พ.ค.-ส.ค. 2553), 86-99https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/109438การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงความพึงพอใจของบัณฑิตแพทย์ต่อหลักสูตรแพทยศาสตร์บัณฑิต พ.ศ.๒๕๔๖ ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ผู้วิจัยสำรวจความคิดเห็นโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน และความพึงพอใจเกี่ยวกับความรู้ ความสามารถและทักษะต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับจากคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บัณฑิตแพทย์ศิริราชรุ่น ๑๑๔ จำนวน ๑๑๕ คน บัณฑิตแพทย์ให้ความเห็นว่าสิ่งที่ได้รับจากการเรียนในระดับปรีคลินิกภาควิชาพยาธิวิทยาคลินิกสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้มากที่สุด ส่วนระดับคลินิกภาควิชาอายุรศาสตร์สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานมากที่สุด โดยระดับของความรู้และทักษะดัานที่บัณฑิตได้นำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้มากที่สุดคือ พฤตินิสัย เจตคติ และคุณธรรมทางการแพทย์ ในขณะที่บัณฑิตยังได้รับความรู้ และทักษะพื้นฐานในการดูแลผู้ป่วย ทักษะการตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการ ทักษะการทำหัตถการ ไม่มากเท่าที่ควร บัณฑิตแพทย์พึงพอใจในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของภาควิชาพยาธิวิทยาคลินิก และอายุรศาสตร์มากที่สุดในระดับปรีคลินิกและคลินิกตามลำดับ บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจมากในทักษะการตรวจร่างกายพื้นฐานทั้งระบบ และการตรวจช่องท้อง แต่พึงพอใจไม่มากนักในทักษะการตรวจทารกแรกเกิด ในด้านหัตถการบัณฑิตยังไม่ค่อยพึงพอใจ ในความสามารถของตนในหลายหัตถการ เช่น การทำหมันชาย, การทำคลอดด้วยคีม, การขลิบหนังหุ้มปลายอวัยวะเพศชายThe investigators carried out a survey research to investigate the satisfaction of doctors who graduated from the doctor of medicine program of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital in an academic year 2009. The questionnaire was designed to explore graduates’ opinions about knowledge, skills, and attitudes they obtained during the course of their study and how those knowledge, skills, and attitudes served them in medical practice. The result obtained from the 115 questionnaires returned to investigators revealed that graduates were quite satisfied with their educational experience at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. Departments that they acquired the most useful knowledge, skills, and attitudes for their medical practice were Departments of Clinical Pathology and Internal Medicine for preclinical and clinical levels, respectively. Graduates thought that medical professionalism and ethics were the competency that they had been educated the best, while technical and procedural skills, and clinical skills were the competencies that they had been inadequately trained. Graduates enjoyed the learning experience provided by the Departments of Clinical Pathology and Internal Medicine the most, for preclinical and clinical levels, respectively. Clinical skills that graduates feel competent were basic complete physical examination and abdominal examination, while the clinical skills that graduates feel least competent were physical examination of newborns.
