Data was collected from March to April 2022 by using online questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistic, Chi-square test and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Results revealed that the core competencies and readiness for change were at high level, with an average of 3.36 (SD=0.55) and 3.33 (SD=0.63), respectively, while the transformative competencies were moderate with an average of 3.22 (SD=0.56).
