(รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์))--มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล, 2558https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/123456789/92939รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ (มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล 2558)การวิจัยเรื่อง การประเมินหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อยเหล่าทหารการเงิน กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อยเหล่าทหารการเงิน กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทยโดยประยุกต์ใช้กรอบแนวคิดที่พัฒนาจากรูปแบบการประเมินแบบซิป (CIPP Model) 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อยเหล่าทหารการเงิน กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย โดยประยุกต์รูปแบบการประเมินแบบซิป (CIPP Model) ของ Danial L. Stufflebeam ในการวิเคราะห์ด้านบริบทหรือสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และ ด้านผลผลิต ได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นและสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การใช้หลักสูตรจากกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ นายทหารนักเรียนหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อยเหล่าทหารการเงิน ปีการศึกษา พ.ศ.2555 จำนวน 30 คน อาจารย์ผู้สอน วิทยากร ผู้บรรยายประจำหลักสูตรชั้นนายทหารการเงิน กองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย จำนวน 84 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชานายทหารนักเรียนหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อย เหล่าทหารการเงิน จำนวน 12 หน่วย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าสถิติคือค่าร้อยละ (%) ค่าเฉลี่ย (x) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการประเมินของนายร้อยเหล่าทหารการเงิน สำหรับนายทหารนักเรียนหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อยเหล่าทหารการเงิน โดยภาพรวมพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรของอาจารย์ผู้สอน วิทยากร และผู้บรรยายประจำหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อยเหล่าทหารการเงิน โดยภาพรวมพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นผลประเมินด้านบริบท (Context) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ด้านกระบวนการ (Process) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และผลผลิต (Product) อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผลประเมินหลักสูตรของผู้บังคับบัญชานายทหารนักเรียนหลักสูตรชั้นนายร้อยเหล่าทหาร การเงิน เฉพาะในด้านผลผลิต (Product) อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ด้านบริบท (Context) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า (Input) ด้านกระบวนการ (Process) อยู่ในระดับมากThis research is for curriculum evaluation of the finance officer's course in the Royal Thai armed forces headquarters. The purposes of this research were to 1) evaluate the finance officers course in the Royal Thai armed forces headquarter applied with the concept that was developed from CIPP Model 2) To shown the way that the developed finance officers course in the Royal Thai armed forces headquarter applied the evaluation from the CIPP Model by Danial L. Stufflebeam that was analyzed by context or environment, Input, Process and product. The data were collected by using questionnaires and interviews with the people who are involved in the evaluation using their opinions on the matter. There were 3 groups of people who were involved in the curriculum's use. They were 30 finance officers on the course in the Royal Thai armed forces headquarters in the year 2555, 84 instructors lecturers and lecturers involved in the evaluation of the finance officers course in the Royal Thai armed forces headquarters and 30 commanders of officers on the course in the Royal Thai armed forces headquarters. The instruments used in the study included the questionnaire, the interview form and the document check form. The collect data were analyzed by using percentage (%), mean (X), standard deviation (S.D.) and content analysis The results of the research were as follows: 1. The results of the curriculum evaluation of the finance officers course of the Royal Thai armed forces headquarter showed their opinions state it is appropriate at a high level. 2. The results of the curriculum evaluation on instructors' lecturers and lecturers opinions of the evaluation of the finance officers course at the Royal Thai armed forces headquarters showed their opinions of context, input and process were at the highest level and the product was at the high level. 3.
