O-Methyltylophorinidine showed potent cytotoxic activity when tested against a small panel of human cancer cells, while ficustriol was inactive. The structure and stereochemistry of 1 were determined using chemical and spectral methods.Mahidol UniversityAgricultural and Biological SciencesChemistryPharmacology, Toxicology and PharmaceuticsConstituents of the leaves and twigs of Ficus hispidaArticleSCOPUS10.1055/s-2002-20257
