The structure of asperaculin A (1) was established by analysis of spectroscopic data. The name aspergillane is proposed for the sesquiterpene skeleton in asperaculin A (1). © 2011 The American Chemical Society and American Society of Pharmacognosy.Mahidol UniversityBiochemistry, Genetics and Molecular BiologyChemistryMedicinePharmacology, Toxicology and PharmaceuticsAsperaculin A, a sesquiterpenoid from a marine-derived fungus, aspergillus aculeatusArticleSCOPUS10.1021/np200221w
