Research subjects consisted of 30 professional nurses working in surgical operating rooms, perioperative nursing division, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital. Research instruments included the computerized perioperative nursing record program and the quality of nursing record questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Paired t–test. The major finding of the present study showed a significant increase in the quality of nursing record after the implementation of the computerized perioperative nursing record program. The computerized perioperative nursing record program help nurses transfer patients’ data quickly and correctly and reduce the repeated documentation.
