Zhang Yawenสุมิตรา สุรรัตน์เดชาSumittra Suraratdechaมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย. สาขาวิชาภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อการสื่อสารและการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อพัฒนาชนบท2020-05-152020-05-152563-05-152557วารสารภาษาและวัฒนธรรม. ปีที่ 33, ฉบับที่ 1 (ม.ค.- มิ.ย. 2557), 57-79https://repository.li.mahidol.ac.th/handle/20.500.14594/55344การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา ความจาเป็น และความต้องการ ในการใช้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมไทยของครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีนในโรงเรียนไทย โดยใช้แนวคิดการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นและวิธีการเชิงปริมาณ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ เชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีน 72 คน ครูชาวไทย 131 คน และนักเรียนชาวไทย 70 คน พบว่า 1) ครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีนมีปัญหา ความจำเป็น และ ความต้องการในการใช้ภาษาไทย 4 ทักษะ (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) โดยมีปัญหาการใช้ประโยคยาวและซับซ้อน ความจำเป็นการใช้คำศัพท์และประโยคสั้น เพื่อสื่อสารกับครูและนักเรียนชาวไทย การบริหารห้องเรียน กิจกรรมภาษาจีน รวมถึงต้องการใช้ภาษาไทยเพื่ออธิบายวัฒนธรรมจีน 2) ครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีนมีปัญหาและความจำเป็นในการเข้าใจลักษณะการเรียนการสอนของไทยและการใช้ภาษาไทยแสดงมารยาท และต้องการเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมไทยในหลายด้าน และ 3) การใช้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมไทยมีประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนการสอนภาษาจีนและการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรมในโรงเรียนไทย นอกจากนี้ ครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีนต้องการให้การจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาไทยมีลักษณะที่หลากหลายในด้านครูผู้สอน และวิธีการเรียนการสอนThe purposes of the study were to identify the problems, needs, and wants of Thai language and culture for Chinese volunteer teachers in Thai schools. This study used theNeeds Analysis byHutchinson and Waters (1987) and the quantitative method. The data was statistically analyzed by using descriptive statistics.The results,based onthe returned questionnaires from72Chinese volunteer teachers, 131 Thai teachers, and 70 Thai students,revealed the following findings: 1) Chinese volunteer teachers had problems, needs, and wants related to4 communicativeskills in Thai-listening, speaking, reading, and writing.They had a number ofproblems with the use of long and complex sentences, vocabulary and short sentences used to communicate with Thai teachers and students about textbook content, classroom management, and Chinese activities, as well as some wants associated with explaining Chinese culture in Thai;2) Chinese volunteer teachers had problemsand needed to understand Thai teaching and learning styles, polite languageand Thai culture in several aspects;3) The use of Thai language and culture is useful for Chinese teachers when teachingChinese and intercultural communication in the Thai school context.
