Abnormal expression and activity of AP-2γ have also been identified as important markers of malignancy. In the last decade, the importance of AP-2γ in breast cancer progression has been widely studied. In this review, we summarize the current knowledge on the regulatory roles of AP-2γ in breast cancer oncogenesis and progression and its potential as a diagnostic biomarker and drug target in breast cancer treatment.MedicineRoles of activator protein-2 gamma in breast cancer: A narrative review (SANRA)ReviewSCOPUS10.1097/MD.00000000000305872-s2.0-851392511521536596436197225
