In this paper, a tweet retrieval system for domestic tourism in Thailand is proposed. The system mashes up Twitter with Google Maps. Users can locate travelling destinations on the maps and retrieve recent tweets about those destinations. They can also sort and filter tweets by subjects of their interest. Having been informed of what is going on at intended destinations, they can make better plans for their trips.
